It doesn't take much to convince me to dash on over to the Happiest Place on Earth. Our passes have totally gotten their use, but I swear that this time it wasn't even my idea! Chris came home from work one day and said, "Hey, what do you say we take the kids to Disneyland the day before Thanksgiving?" C'mon, you ask me a question like that and it's like shooting fish in a barrel. So we mosied on over to D-land and hit a few roller coasters, some rides and took Chris on the new shooting gallery at California Adventure. It's so much fun going together as a family with these annual passes because we don't feel the need to squeeze in every ride in a rushed way. We sit down and people watch, we bring our own food and just enjoy each other's company. I was really impressed this trip because both Aubrey and Walker were brave enough to go on the Big Thunder roller coaster. I kept explaining to them that it was not that scary and during the ride Aubrey kept yelling, "This is sooo cool!' Walker didn't say much but he had both arms high up in the air. They both concurred that it was the best ride they've ever been on.
